Work Party February 9, 2008

So we had the family work party at Mark and Lorri's house (thanks to all the wives who gave up their husbands for the day!) Kyle and Mark worked on the septic to see if we could get it to code in hopes that "ONE DAY" we could get a permit to build a garage. Grandpa Larry fixed the handrail going up the stairs and down to the cellar. I guess the handrail has to be small enough to grab it in case you fall. And Lance was kind enough to setup and scale the scaffolding to fix the sheetrock where the water had leaked for 3 years. It took us that long to find the source (after many tries). We broke at 12:30 for lunch (chicken tortilla soup and sandwiches). Ashley came with her dad and in between helping out had a great time with Courtney. Most of the pictures are here because of them. I didn't add the 12 pictures that took of characters on the Wii game :) Thanks girls for helping to get this family blog started. And of course a big thanks to all the guys for using their time and talents in getting us back in order! Enjoy the slide show...
